Acupressure is based on the traditional Chinese medicine practice of acupuncture. Putting pressure on specific places on your body relieves various symptoms.
How to use the relief bands:
Place bands on pressure points P-6, about three finger widths from your wrist. To locate P-6, place the first 3 fingers of your opposite hand across the inside of your wrist. See the second product image for the diagram.
